Ignid License Agreement

This License Agreement governs the use of the Ignid Programming Language, its compiler, interpreter, runtime, tools, binaries, documentation, and related software distributed by EnduraSolution (collectively, the "Ignid Software").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Ignid Software, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.

1. FREE USE

EnduraSolution grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Ignid Software free of charge.

You may use Ignid for:

  • a. Personal projects.
  • b. Educational purposes.
  • c. Academic projects.
  • d. Research.
  • e. Commercial software development.
  • f. Business applications.
  • g. Free and paid software products.

No royalty or licensing fee is required for programs created using the Ignid Programming Language unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

2. OWNERSHIP OF USER PROGRAMS

Programs and applications written by users using the Ignid Programming Language, including source files using the ".ig" file extension, remain the property of their respective authors or copyright holders.

EnduraSolution does not claim ownership of programs created using Ignid solely because those programs are written in the Ignid Programming Language.

Users may distribute, license, sell, or commercially use their own programs written in Ignid.

3. OWNERSHIP OF IGNID SOFTWARE

The Ignid Software, including its compiler, interpreter, runtime, internal implementation, libraries distributed as proprietary components, tools, binaries, documentation, and related materials, is owned by EnduraSolution and its applicable licensors.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted under this License, no ownership rights in the Ignid Software are transferred to the user.

4. NO REDISTRIBUTION

You may not copy, republish, sublicense, sell, lease, or redistribute the Ignid Software, in whole or in substantial part, without prior written permission from EnduraSolution.

This restriction does not prevent users from distributing their own programs written in Ignid.

5. NO REBRANDING OR RENAMING

You may not rename, rebrand, or present the Ignid Software as a different programming language, compiler, interpreter, runtime, or software product.

You may not create or distribute a product derived from the Ignid Software under a different name for the purpose of presenting it as an independently created programming language.

You may not remove, conceal, or intentionally alter copyright, ownership, or proprietary notices included with the Ignid Software.

6. NO UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION

You may not modify the proprietary Ignid Software or create derivative versions of the proprietary Ignid Software for redistribution without prior written permission from EnduraSolution.

Nothing in this section restricts the creation, modification, or distribution of user-owned ".ig" programs.

7. REVERSE ENGINEERING

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the proprietary source code or internal implementation of the Ignid Software.

This restriction does not apply where such activity cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable law.

8. IGNID NAME AND BRANDING

"IGNID", "IGNID PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE", "ENDURASOLUTION", and associated logos, branding, and product identifiers may be trademarks or proprietary brand identifiers of EnduraSolution.

This License does not grant permission to use EnduraSolution branding in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation.

You may truthfully state that your software is:

  • "Written in Ignid"
  • "Built using the Ignid Programming Language"
  • "Compatible with Ignid"

provided that such use does not falsely represent the software as an official EnduraSolution product.

You may not use the Ignid or EnduraSolution name to brand another programming language, compiler, interpreter, or competing software product without prior written permission.

9. FILE EXTENSION

The ".ig" file extension is the standard source file extension used by the Ignid Programming Language.

Use of the ".ig" extension for programs written in Ignid does not transfer ownership of those programs to EnduraSolution.

This License does not claim exclusive legal ownership of the characters ".ig" independently of applicable intellectual property law.

10. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

The Ignid Software may include third-party software or components governed by separate license terms.

Where applicable, the license terms of those third-party components will continue to apply to those components.

11. TERMINATION

Your rights under this License automatically terminate if you materially violate this License Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing unauthorized copies of the Ignid Software.

Termination of this License does not transfer ownership of user-created programs to EnduraSolution.

12. NO WARRANTY

THE IGNID SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

ENDURASOLUTION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE IGNID SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENDURASOLUTION AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE IGNID SOFTWARE.

14. CHANGES TO THIS LICENSE

New versions of the Ignid Software may be distributed under updated license terms.

The license terms provided with a particular version of the Ignid Software govern that version unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

15. PERMISSIONS AND COMMERCIAL LICENSING

Requests for redistribution rights, integration rights, OEM licensing, modification rights, or other permissions must be obtained through a separate written agreement with EnduraSolution.

16. GOVERNING LAW

This License Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any jurisdiction or dispute-resolution clause should be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law.
